1. Service Agreement
By using our data recovery and repair services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Our services include:
- Data recovery from damaged or inaccessible storage media
- Hardware diagnostics and repair
- Component-level board repair and microsoldering
2. Data Recovery Services
- We cannot guarantee recovery of all data. Success rates depend on damage type and extent.
- You confirm you are the legal owner of the device and data.
- Recovery may require opening sealed devices, which may void manufacturer warranties.
- Severely damaged media may be further compromised during recovery attempts.
3. Service Warranties
- Hardware repairs are warranted for 90 days.
- Warranty covers defects in workmanship and material, not subsequent damage or misuse.
- Opening the device or attempting repairs voids our warranty.
- Data recovery services are provided on a best-effort basis without warranties on data integrity.
4. Payment Policy
- For standard repairs, payment is due upon service completion.
- For data recovery, a diagnostic fee may apply upfront, with the full recovery fee due upon successful recovery.
- If we cannot recover your data, you pay only the diagnostic fee, not the full recovery fee.
- Devices not claimed within 90 days after service completion may be recycled.
5. Limitation of Liability
- Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
- We are not liable for data loss during repair or recovery attempts.
- We are not responsible for consequential damages resulting from device malfunction or data loss.
